I'm cheatin' on my diet like its goin' out of style, and after today it will be. I'm back home now, so, I have decided to restart the detox tomorrow. This time it will be with only one day for each stage, starting with just liquids. As a reminder, here is the Bikini Fit detox plan:
Stage 1 - liquids only
Stage 2 - liquids with fruit only
Stage 3 - add raw vegetables
Stage 4 - add cooked vegetables and brown rice
Stage 5 - add beans, lentils, nuts and seeds
Stage 6 - add grains and live yogurt
Stage 7 - add fish
I think my juicer missed me. I know my scale did. For this week, I will weigh in tomorrow (or not at all until Monday). My guess is that I've gained, but I'm more confident about not cheating now that my vaca is over. Sad, but true.

LUNCH: salad with a vinaigrette dressing (greens, tomato, onion, radish)
SNACK: celery with natural peanut butter and honey; almonds (um, yes, also with honey)
DINNER: roasted veggie pizza
DESSERT: 1/3 of a large cookie

I will be weighing in when I return to Chicago tomorrow, so I have no idea how much damage my cheats have done. Its been so hot in New York that hopefully I sweat if off by just existing.
Yesterday, after meeting with my sister's wedding florist, we stumbled on a typical NYC event - a fashion shoot in progress. Of course, the native New Yorkers could give two licks about who was blocking the sidewalk, so they just walked on by. Let's take a look...
